During Lockdown

During the lock down, I did an extreme makeover of my house both in-world and the real world. I took great appreciation today in looking at the sky and enjoying the birds that have built a nest in my house. The virtual world offers us many ways to meet and travel. Sometimes I cannot decide if I prefer B/W or color photos. B/W gives a very different feeling. My first experience as a photographer was with B/W film. In addition, I am old enough to remember when the tv was entirely B/W. I am looking ahead to an edition of the magazine which will be about exploring Second Life in B/W. It should be interesting. Candy

One might ask, what does candy have to do with traveling? The story is that Gnosiseros and Mayaeight visited a very fun sim with ski slopes, snow, Christmas decorations, and a very large candy shop. This got Mayaeight to begin thinking about her favorite candy. So, for the next 3 hours, yes they do talk that long on the craziest and obscure subjects, Gnosiseros and Mayaeight shared stories of their favorite candies. Mayaeight´s favorites are Dots, followed by Jolly Rancher, Jujubes, and Milk Duds.

Gnosiseros and Mayaeight established the Grid Trek headquarters near the Blake Sea and purchased several yachts. The first Grid Trek event is scheduled for April 11th at a soon to be disclosed venue. They look forward to planning monthly events for all their group members.

Sailing today in Blake Sea

Nothing like taking the challenge to sail in Second Life. A major problem is all of the landowners who do not leave a little space across their waterfront for people to sail by. It makes it hard to navigate! People, we can share the water! please adjust your rights of way to allow sailors to go by.

Gnosiseros and Mayaeight are in negotiations to set up a venue for our April 11th Grid Trek event! Fun is in the making! Keep alert for details!
