We had a profound experience with the lab-created virus called Sars-Covid2 and the lung infection Covid-2019. It was mind-altering, it was thought-provoking, and it was eye-opening.

We are under a full worldwide assault called fear. We are at war.

The result is that everyone is afraid. In being afraid one becomes insecure and looks to an authority to take control and alleviate the fear. People stop being rational, stop thinking for themselves, and feel paralyzed.

People are stressed out and worried about their lack of money, insecure housing, inflation, and the plandemic. They turn on the TV and soak up the latest lies.

Grid Trek Magazine issued its last issue in June 2021. We are no more.

We are fighting the battle against fear by turning to the real.

That means we are disengaging from all electronic, Wi-fi, network power waves. We are pulling ourselves out of the electronic matrix. This matrix is not like in the movie. No one has a plug in the back of their head. The matrix is Wi-fi, it is you connected to your phone and computer, and other electronic devices.

Being plugged in prevents you from thinking for yourself. It prevents you from asking important questions. You get into a mental fog. You stop doing things you used to love to do. You believe whatever is repeated over and over in the mainstream media.

Want to join in this fight for our lives? UNPLUG. Literally, unplug all of your electronic devices every day when you are not using them and definitely at night when you are sleeping. Limit your time online. 30 minutes or less.

Delete all unnecessary apps from your phone. Delete all game apps. Unsubscribe and delete all social media accounts. Take those earbuds out and stop pounding that music into your head all day. Do you feel some tension with this idea? – that is the matrix tugging at you. Nothing will collapse in your life without these things, yet why do you feel a twinge of panic set in at the idea of deleting this stuff from your life? – Think about that.

NONE OF THIS STUFF IS REAL. Remember that.

You know what is real? The sky at dawn. Birds and animals. The trees and flowers in your yard – if you are lucky enough to have a yard. Go to a park and sit in the grass. Talk face-to-face with another human being. If you do not have some sort of live pet – get one. Care for it. Disengage yourself and your life from anything that is not real. Put houseplants in your living space. Learn to grow your own food, make your own cleaning products, sew your own clothes. Begin your journey to self-sufficiency.

Connect with like-minded people.

By doing these things we will stop being fearful, we will stop being manipulated, we will stop being controlled.

Turn to the Real.

Self-sufficiency, healthy food, nature, family, and human contact.

I heard these slogans and thought about my own life as an example.

I imagined I had a condition where I could not remember what I did before.

What would my life be like?

#1 I would never be able to learn from past mistakes.

#2 I would never become wise.

#3 I would never grow.

My life would be a long line of mistakes that I would keep repeating, and I would never be able to improve my condition.

Now, imagine a whole society acting this way.

Who benefits?

The people in control will be able to maintain their power and wealth without having their actions questioned.

I remember teaching and how the students had very short attention spans, and education policies reinforced that short attention span.

Our lifestyles reinforce the need not to memorize anything. Just ask Siri. Do not use passwords—use Q.C.R. codes and your fingerprint.

Artificial Intelligence with stress on the first word.

Our lives get ¨easier¨as we get dumber being loaded up with S.M.A.R.T. devices.

Do not ever look back; do not ever analyze current policies and compare them with older policies. Repeat the saying ¨we can never go back because this is the new normal.¨

Here in Costa Rica, we are having less rain and it is much warmer: I have been here since 2017 and never even needed the fans on; the temperature was perfect all year long. Since November last year, I have had to keep the fans on even at night and it is very humid and hot. The sun is very strong outside and my potted plants need constant watering. I definitely noticed the change these past seven years, however there was a very large jump in temperature this past year. All my Tico neighbors are talking about how there is less rain and it is hotter. We have now photos of the spraying of the sky. The government must have agreed to this and our pristine blue sky is streaked with those freak lines which change the sky to a milky haze. Yes, it negatively affects my solar energy production.

There is a targeted effort to conflate the climate alteration into a hoax by connecting it to the absolute crime that was perpetrated by the pandemic. Do not be fooled, please research and listen to the hearings going on around the world. Here in Costa Rica, there are very many people sick after getting the experimental gene therapy. Many died. I usually do not make such personal posts, but I need to on this subject.

In 2020, My father died, my mother died, two aunts and an uncle died, and my younger cousin died all alone and all within five months. The circumstances all surrounded the so-called pandemic, however, none died OF the virus.
I did not get ill until 2021 and was admitted to the hospital. Please read about my experience in the hospital on my Substack. They were conducting experiments on the patients there. It took intervention to get me out. There are some really scary things being done to the populations around the world that have to do with depopulation.

Last month my uncle died. He was athletic, vegan, healthy, non-smoker, and trim. He jogged daily. He loved to travel and got the shot twice. He died within two weeks of feeling ill. He was the last of my mother´s family. Look up Died Suddenly. This is also happening in my ex-husband’s family.


When I look back over the years of this post, I see a pattern. There was a growing movement to mitigate the destruction of our natural climate systems. This was a growing problem for the oil industry. In 2019, there were worldwide protests related to climate alteration. Now as the vax scam is being exposed the mainstream media is immediately connecting the vax hoax with climate alteration. Crazy climate mitigating schemes are being proposed, things that are not meant to do anything but to upset people. It is all used to keep drilling and to build more nuclear plants.

There are measurable and observable alterations to our climate. There are documented weather modification programs being utilized.

Costa Rica, which had perfect weather, great biodiversity, over 90% green energy, a Blue Zone where people live into their 100s, and a culture of exercise and good health is systematically being destroyed. Now everyone is feeling ill. The WEF tried to get a 15-minute city proposal instituted here in Perez Zeledon.

Thank the stars it was soundly rejected. They are spraying the skies here with toxic particulates. The fact that this is being done here, in a place that was paradise is the perfect example to show that a great scam is being perpetrated.

Marvin Claud Ellison Jr.

B:28 May 1943 Washington DC, District of Columbia, USA

D:11 April 2024 Florida

Today, I got a call. A call I really did not want to get. My cousin called to tell me that my uncle had died on April 11th. I had spoken to my uncle on the telephone only a few weeks before. We were discussing the craziness of the world, the political situation, and all about our relatives. He told me that he and his wife would still try and visit me here in Costa Rica. I laughed and told him flying was probably not a great idea because of all the recent accidents.

About Marvin Claud Ellison Jr.: He was classy, funny, and always had good things to say about people. He was the youngest of five siblings. He was intelligent and advanced from being a D.C.-mounted policeman to a complete detective. Marvin was my mother´s favorite sibling; they were very close. He loved to travel, and every year, he and his wife would fly to one exotic country or another. They had recently traveled to Portugal. He was a vegan for the last eight years because he was very health conscious. Marvin did not smoke or drink, and he exercised daily. He was a very fit, trim, healthy 80-year-old.

Marvin was the only one left in his family.

His oldest sister, Rosa, died on January 15, 2020

His youngest sister, Brenda, died on May 11, 2020

His next oldest sister, Marie, died on April 13, 2012 – her husband, Alfred, died on July 29, 2020

His favorite sister, Jackie, my mother, died on September 17, 2020 – her husband – my father Vernon, died on April 4, 2020

The family members who died in 2020 all died alone – because of COVID-19 health measures, no one was allowed to be with them. They were all cremated. No autopsies were performed.

These are a lot of funerals from a family that had a great-aunt who lived to be 106 years old.

And I am furious about it.

According to my cousin, Marvin began to not feel well and went to see a doctor for back pain, shoulder pain, and generally feeling unwell. The doctor sent him home and said to rest. No problem. After two days, he began to feel worse, could not sleep, and went to emergency because he was not breathing well. They found he had blood clots in his legs and he had sepsis in his back, but they could not figure out from what. He was in such a weakened state that they felt the risk of more surgery was too significant. So, in a matter of days, my uncle died.

At least he had his family there and did not pass alone.

Yes, he had a Covid-19 shot.

I told my cousin to tell his wife to demand an autopsy and an in-depth explanation of Marvin´s cause of death. Everyone wants to just quickly get the funeral over with.

 However, I think this is a crime scene. No cause of death is yet listed.

Uncle Marvin, I will miss you and our great conversations. He is a good-looking dude with grey hair standing on the far right with his wife who is wearing a white and black blouse and black sweater.

This book is a review of Ovid’s Metamorphoses to make connections to the current global climate crisis and the need to transform our economic, political, and technological systems.
